Cutting Natural Double Bends for Highest Belt Yield

Natural Double Bend is the ideal choice for beautiful quality belts.

The size of Double Bends lets you cut extra long belts and straps with minimal waste.

Belt Basic

If you know that 70-80% of your belts will be 36″ long, simply cut the “A” section back until section “B” is 36″ long.

Cut your 36″ belts from section “B”.

Section “A” can then be cut for longer length belts, up to a full 53 inches.
